Why our 'Eating Healthy' mission fail?

'Keto' became a trend, right? Maybe you have also tried it. I don't know how much you improved. But there are actually many who couldn't stick to it longer. I'm not blaming anyone. Just trying to show you the real scenario and trying to give you a better solution.

When it comes to healthy eating, a plate of a salad came on our mind. If that so. Let it be. But keep more things in your brain that healthy eating is not all about having more salad or adding more green to your food. Rather it's more like about a lifestyle.

Now, coming to the previous point. You can understand that all the family members will not follow you on Keto or whatever you are trying. Because they may not want it or need it. And that's when it takes more effort to make room for yourself to keep a 'healthy diet'.

I'm not a specialist on this. But what I understand is and this is what I find helpful- 'include this in your lifestyle'. Our healthy eating plan actually fails for this one reason, I guess. Because we try to skip all the unhealthy food from life but not an unhealthy lifestyle. So, when we enter the unhealthy lifestyle zone it automatically leads us to eat unhealthily.

If you are hanging with friends who drink 'too much' alcohol it will be hard for you to not do so and maybe you will end up the same. So, it's necessary to keep a healthy lifestyle so you can't automatically trigger to eat anything unhealthy.

I know it may sound hard in this way. But look around you. There are many who are living healthy, eating healthy and most importantly living a very happy life. If you are the one who cherishes the same dream then why don't you take the hard way? I believe it worth trying!
