The Curious Case of the Missing Siacoin
Had a good run with dual mining using Claymore.
I initiated my last miningpoolhub payout. Decided to give it up SC GPU mining after the Bitmain A3 ASIC flood (and exponential difficulty rise) but for some reason they didn't seem to make it to my wallet.
I checked the transaction ID, verified the receive address did, in fact, match my previous transfers and started my research.
A few forums articles later....
I followed a post recommended to wipe my Appdata folder. I instead chose to append .old to the folder which I am very glad I did and you'll find out why. So, I attempted resync of the blockchain and a restore from seed.
It worked... well kind of.
My missing coins appeared as expected. What I didn't consider was just how this would affect my hosting.
So, my configuration was completely wiped. 0 contracts. 0 coins earned. 0 expected. I started to sweat... just a little.

In my infinite wisdom, I decided to try to wing it for a solution and see if replacing the host folder in the new SIA-UI folder would do the trick. Let's just say the wallet didn't take too kindly to my on-the-fly approach.

So, I went ahead and reverted to the previous folder and my host is back online; however, the wallet is still a little light missing my whopping 120 SiaCoin. ( I know. I'll try not to spend it all in one place.)
I've attempted both the "siac wallet sweep" command and the recover from seed GUI option to no avail. Errors that I receive are as follows:

Reading seed failed: The handle is invalid
error when calling /wallet/sweep/seed: cannot sweep primary seed
At this point, I am hoping to find a Sia savvy person that can help me either migrate my host settings to the folder with the correct SC amount or alternatively sweep the wallet successfully for outputs belonging to my seed.Once I get a working solution, I will append the post with the results. Hopefully, this helps someone else that is hosting but has a missing coins issue.

@troglodactyl. Feel you may be interested in this network of accounts used for resteem service scams. Reported them to a couple bid bot services to be blacklisted. If you are feeling like dropping a flag, these would good candidates. imho

If you have to delete something, do not delete the whole appdata folder including the host sub-folder (don't do that again, don't be isnane! :-) ), just the specific sub-folder you need to delete
