Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: August 4 2019)
Today is still overtime, I still have to come to work even though it's the weekend. I did this because I was pursuing targets set by the leader where I worked so that all the documents were ready by noon tomorrow. Most of the documents are ready and I have printed.
The files and documents that I have prepared have been completed around 90%, only a few documents that need to be improved writing.
Even though I am busy with office activities, but I do not forget physical activity, so that my body is active and always fit. Because maintaining health is also an investment for ourselves to be able to do other activities.
