Workout - 6/29/2018

Hello, friends!

It’s been a few days since I last posted a workout for you all to enjoy, so I thought it was high time we all got sweating together again!

Give this a shot when you have a chance - it’ll torch your arms, then your legs, and finish with a big burn for the ol’ core… Twice :)

Everything you could want in a workout while keeping your heart pumping, am I right?

Here goes:

(1:00on/:30off/:45on/:30off/:30on/:30off)

  • Pike Push Ups
  • Push Up Knee Tuck
  • Squat Tuck Jumps
  • Step Up To High Knee
  • Reverse Sit Up

    Go through the timing scheme for each exercise before moving on to the next, using the final rest interval to transition to the following movement. Go through the list twice for maximum effect! :)

    Really push your pace as the work intervals get shorter, especially on the second round… Give it everything you’ve got - I know you can do it!

    Workouts provides daily workout routines for all your main muscle groups. In just a few minutes a day, you can build muscles and keep fitness at home

    So true! It's nice to have options for the times that you can't (or don't want to) make it to the gym :) I hope you'll try this one out and let me know what you think!

    Very nice! I LOVE body weight workouts. My favorite workout includes, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, leg lifts, body squats, and calf raises. :) I haven't done it in awhile, yeah I know I am a slacker. lol

    Oh good! I really like them too :) although I totally enjoy lifting heavy, it's so nice to have bodyweight stuff that requires nothing but yourself, is simple and can be done anywhere - plus, it's SO effective! Haha we all fall off sometimes, the good thing is that you can get back on it whenever you're ready, or whenever you want :) thanks so much for the support!!!

    I really only enjoy lifting heavy with my arms. lol like curls. haha But chest workouts are fun too. I just don't do them often anymore. Someday I will get back into it. haha You are very welcome! Happy to support! :)

    I would love to make exercise with that landscape behind! This routine will function as a hiit too :) by making it a little bit more explosive.

    Right?! A view like that makes exercising even more like a treat :) It's the California coast - it has that effect! :) and yes, absolutely HIIT - great observation and I hope you enjoy it if you give it a shot!
