The Diary Game 20th October 2021 Wednesday | Friend's farewell party | 10% to steemit-pak
Assalam u Alikum everyone!
Hey peeps!
It was not a usual day. It was one of the sad days. We are a group of 5 friends among which one friend is out of the city. She lives in Abttobad and now since her studies are over and her degree is completed so she is moving back to her home. Saying goodbye without knowing when you'll meet next is the hardest thing. We are all friends who planned to make it a memorable one for her. And for this, we decided the venue at her own place where she was staying. She was at her Nani's house.
We planned the theme first, it was decided that it will be black and golden. We wanted to keep it simple too then all the decoration stuff and balloons gift and cake. We ordered the cake from Kababjees the previous night and we all decided to keep it homemade :p because we usually eat from outside whenever we were at university. So it was planned a one-dish party. We all seriously love this. Most of the time we have done this at university too and this is always fun.
I left my home as per the plan because it was a surprise for her and only her khala knew that we will come. So she asked us to come early like before 11 because she wakes up around 11 or later. It was so damn hot and the most pathetic part was the traffic jam. It takes me around 10 minutes to reach my friend's house but that day it took e 45 or 50 minutes and I was so so frustrated that there was a point when I thought to message that "me nhi a rhi". Somehow I reached my friends how and from there we left for our final destination that is "Jinnah Ground Azizabad"
We reached there and went upstairs directly and start assembling all the decoration stuff. At first, I placed the golden backdrop on the wall and then we cut the letters and stuck them on a card sheet to complete the banner. Then We started filling the balloons and in the meantime, my other friends also joined us. We had locked the door from inside to ensure safety :p
Finally, everything was done and it turned out so good. We set the table and now it was the time to finally ask her khala to send her upstairs. We were ready with the popper and spray :p As soon as she came upstairs and enter the room we all screamed together "surprise" One of the great days it was. After that, we all got ready and enjoyed ourselves together. Then we had food and like this, the event ended. We bid farewell to each other and left for our house.
When I returned home I found that my sister was here and she bought "gol gappy" I seriously don't know what you people call it :p We all had a great time together I made tea and served everyone. Api told me about some job opportunities and I listened to her seriously then she left for her home. I was also very tired I said goodbye to everyone and went to bed.
