Scrambled Eggs For Breakfast
Scrambled eggs are quite the top menu for breakfast and are usually combined with toast.
Scrambled eggs have many variations. You can add ingredients like cream, and even lemon juice. It all depends on your taste and also depends on the supply of food in your kitchen.
So today I made Scrambled Eggs by not using cream so the results look dry, but I like results like this.
Ingredients
- An egg
- Celery
- 2 clove of red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt
How to cook
1.Crack the egg.
2.Mix all of the ingredients, then beaten.
3.Heat the butter.
4.Then cook the egg mixture, while continuing to stir.
5.Lift and serve with your other favorite breakfast ingredients.

Do you mean cilantro, not celery? Eggs look beautiful, I eat Egg Bhurji for breakfast on most days, by adding green chillie and chopped tomatoes as well to the ingredients you mentioned. It's a simple recipe most people would know.

In here we have no cilantro. Indonesian people just knowing about celery. Indeed, the shape of leaves look same.
