最近喜欢上喝花茶，我试了两个牌子的茶包。上个星期喝了整整一周“茶里”的茶包，感觉它里面的茶多酚含量有些过高。像我这种想喝茶又怕中午失眠睡不着的人来说，这款茶包稍微浓了一点。而且里面的茶叶被弄成很细的碎片，一扔进去就会很快挥发出茶多酚。

我发现很多喜欢喝茶的老手都是成罐成罐地买茶，可我作为喝茶新手，根本不知道自己到底喜欢什么样的茶。所以只能东尝一下西尝一下，有时候喝花茶，有时喝果茶，一直在变换，味道也在变。就希望能从中找到自己喜欢的茶叶种类，总的一点就是不要让我睡不着觉，然后可以让每天喝的杯子里的水有一点点味道，最重要的是不像奶茶和其他饮料那样让人长胖就可以了。

我在网上查了一下茶包销量和评价排行榜，排第一位的是立顿，第二位是茶里，第三位和后面的就记不太清了。立顿的茶包还没买过，下次研究下。鉴于之前的喝茶体验，我想着要找那种茶叶不要打碎，茶多酚不要释放得太快的品牌茶包。于是我在网上寻觅，随便选了一款，又买了7天份的。

这次选的是一个不知名的小品牌。收到后，我发现里面茶包的包装非常养眼，颜值很高。

我随机打开了一个西柚茉莉味的茶包，瞬间，淡淡的茶香扑鼻而来。感觉自己像皇上选妃一样，每天翻牌子，这想法感觉很好笑，可能是我宫廷剧看多了。就准备今天就选这一款了，期待它能给我带来不一样的喝茶体验。

试了两天，发现这个茶包茶多酚的浓度比较低，释放的也慢，因为它是一整片一整片茶叶，喝了一天茶之后，中午很快就睡着了，晚上也不影响睡眠，这还挺好的^O^/

I've recently developed a liking for scented teas and have tried tea bags from two brands. Last week, I drank the tea bags from Chali for a whole week. I felt that the content of tea polyphenols in them was a bit too high. For someone like me who wants to enjoy tea but is afraid of not being able to fall asleep at noon, these tea bags from Chali were a bit too strong. Moreover, the tea leaves inside were ground into very fine fragments, so as soon as they were put into the water, the tea polyphenols would be released quickly.

I've noticed that many experienced tea enthusiasts buy tea by the can. However, as a novice tea drinker, I have no idea what kind of tea I really like. So, I can only sample here and there. Sometimes I drink scented teas, and sometimes I drink fruit teas. I keep changing, and so do the flavors. I hope to find the type of tea that I like. Generally speaking, I just don't want it to keep me awake, I want it to add a little flavor to the water in my daily drinking cup, and most importantly, I don't want it to make me gain weight like milk tea and other beverages do.

I checked the sales and review rankings of tea bags online. Lipton ranked first, and Chali came second. I can't really remember the brands that ranked third and below. I haven't bought Lipton's tea bags yet and plan to look into them next time. Given my previous tea-drinking experience, I'm looking for a brand of tea bags where the tea leaves are not broken into small pieces and the tea polyphenols are not released too quickly. So, I searched online and randomly selected one, and bought a supply for seven days.

This time, I chose a tea bag from an unknown small brand. After receiving it, I found that the packaging of the tea bags was really pleasing to the eye and had a high aesthetic value.

I randomly opened a grapefruit jasmine-flavored tea bag, and instantly, a faint fragrance of tea wafted into my nose. I felt like an emperor choosing his consorts, picking a "brand" every day. It's quite amusing to think like this, and I guess it's because I've watched too many palace dramas. I've decided to go for this tea bag today and am looking forward to having a different tea-drinking experience.
