Cleaning your home regularly may turn out to be more important than you think.

It is well known how much this aspect can be useful if you want to spend your time dedicated to relaxation in an environment that can make us feel welcomed and pampered, or in the case of an office if you want to convey professionalism, at the same time stimulating the productivity of those who do it.

Attends cleanliness, on a par with other aspects such as furnishings, the brightness of the environment, the colors of the walls can positively affect the level of comfort perceived within the spaces, both in terms of smells and in terms of enjoyment, and the pleasure of spending time in a space.

Although there are special precautions to ensure the cleanest house in the world, there are some basic rules that always apply, which if respected with discipline will allow us to have a house that is always clean with minimal effort.

The most popular environments

It is therefore essential to maintain a high level of hygiene in the home. How to make sure this happens? Clean regularly.

The frequency in doing so is especially important in all those spaces that are frequented daily, such as the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and the bedroom. These spaces need to be treated, if not every day, at least quite often. Even just walking on it, spending time with it, in fact, dust and dirt will accumulate which, if not visible at first glance, could become a significant problem over time.

On the other hand, a separate discussion must be made for the places in the house most subject to accumulation of dirt, first the kitchen and the bathroom.

Regarding the kitchen, the use of the stove is a key aspect to take into consideration. In fact, by cooking every day, it is inevitable that grease, stains, crumbs and the like will accumulate.
In addition to the feeling of poor hygiene that these elements will give, there is also the factor of odors. Food residues emit increasingly persistent odors, which our sense of smell is also able to get used to.
The result? A heavier air that unconsciously will make us perceive an environment as less hospitable, less livable, negatively affecting comfort and its general enjoyment.

The trick is to clean the hob, the cookware used, the sink and everything that is used after each meal, but additionally dedicating a deeper cleaning at least once a week, and please, let's not forget the floors. It is amazing how much the air in the kitchen gains in freshness by simply cleaning them. We never neglect this factor.

The bathroom is another room in the house that is used constantly throughout the day.
Shower, toilet, sink are the three key elements in which dirt, dust, stains and limescale accumulate.
These too should be at least rinsed after each use, and cleaned and sanitized at least once a week to avoid the formation of bad smells and stains that over time become more and more difficult to remove. The rule also applies to the bathroom: never forget the floors.

Cleaning that keeps the bad mood away

There is a lot of research that has shown how clutter and dirt, and living in between, increase stress and moodiness.
Not only on a cognitive level itself, but also on a hormonal level.

Keeping environments clean and decluttering, i.e. eliminating all the superfluous inside them, helps to free the mind at the same time.
