Snow and Celebrations
Yesterday we celebrated Family Day weekend Sunday.
Family Day is a statutory holiday in Canada which started in 2013. This holiday celebrates families and how important they are! As you may have noticed, I'm all about family values <3
I also missed a few days of #sevendaybnwphotochallenge! This post includes days 3,4, and 5.
Yesterday was the perfect day to capture a few shots, the heavy dusting of snow and dim shadows made most everything look to be in black and white already...

Snow covered barberries look so lovely...
Site of a future tire garden, and some great old trees. A part of me wants to cut them and use them for firewood to allow more light to reach the gardens, but they're so glorious it's a tough call to make.

The sun was shining brilliantly this morning and I took a few pics of my lovely chickens. They aren't too happy about the snow, but it'll be gone soon enough.
Guess what? Chicken butt!

Rainbow Soldier stands majestically proud, though he couldn't protect his ladies from the cold wet snow.

If we are lucky @lyndsaybowes and boys will be coming over for a sledding session today, our tradesman husbands don't get the day off but we are lucky to have friends that we consider family to celebrate this day with.

Two things caught my attention
1-- you are on sola( sola is really making waves)
2-- Steem engine. (is it like a science platform?) I have seen just art work only on Steemit
#steemSTEM is for science, #steemengine is for quality content creators :) Yes, sola is pretty cool, I am not super active there but I have fun!

It looks really nice and cool and a wonderful occasion Family Day for such a cool adventure.
Malaysia does not have such a privilege to experience white snow, but we encountered mini hailstorm 2 days ago back in my hometown. The wind was so strong the rain felt icy as I ran out to open the gate without an umbrella.
It was a nice chill on an extreme hot day.

How has everything been?
I know, keeping up is hard! Things are great, busy and getting busier, so many projects and ideas, so little time :)
I have a very difficult time keeping up with people I'm actually interested in as I followed way to many peeps and mucked up my feed, got some sorting to do!
