First Cooking Vlog! Spaghetti Squash with Basil or Curry
My Momma is Coming for Lunch!
What better day could there be than today to prepare an easy and delicious lunch with my own homegrown produce.

Spaghetti Squash with Basil, Olive Oil, and Romano (or Curry!)
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil Pureed in Olive Oil, or Prepared Pesto from a jar.
- 1/4 Shredded Romano
- 1 Tbsp Curry Powder of choice.
- 2-4 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350C
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and scoop out seeds
Drizzle both halves with Olive Oil, Shake some Curry Powder over one half and grind some pepper over the other.
Bake in oven for about 40 mins
When Squash is fork tender, remove from oven
Shred Squash with fork
Add Basil and Oil puree/ Pesto and top with Romano, and Curry Powder plus some more Olive Oil
Pop back into the hot oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese
Plate and Serve!

@amymya Ah man I love this recipe, my mother makes a similar things with the eggplants, she calls them prows :) you can try it, do the same with the eggplant or zucchini (cut in half) and put in some cheese and champignon mushrooms, with mediterranean spices and there you go.

Never wanted to cook with squash. Now I really want to! Vegetable is making my mouth water that is a first. Btw, I love the music you used! Really goes well with the visuals.
Its so good! I flipping love squash. I grew the sweetest squash I have ever had this year. It was bomb.
They can be natrually sweet? Hmm.
Oh my god yes. Spaghetti squash are a little more mild, but Butturcup are dense and sweet and perfection.
If I didnt have meatballs on the stove id pick one up tonight.
