The park of Loma in Tepic is a point of coexistence of greater importance for the Nayaritas that the history indicates like a messianic symbol for the New Spain, where to celebrate the foundation of the city, they realized the celebration known as the Feast of the Ante. It is a place that offers pluricultural enclosures, green areas, and an area for exercise.

This is a recreational park, it has soccer fields, for skating, swings, trains, trolleys and also has restaurants, snow carts, and lush trees. You will not regret having visited the mound, you can organize the family and go a weekend, and there are tables to organize a party for around 100 people. The park remains open for visitors 24 hours and also for all 7 days of the week.

The park was recently remodeled, and part of the heart of the capital Nayarita already has its new train, which has a new route and more accessible hours; the changes were made so that more families enjoy it day after day. The Government of Nayarit assures that there are more than 50 new areas in the New La Loma Park, which for years was in complete abandonment.

Among them are a 100-meter-long tartan track, skating rink, seven playgrounds, two cross fit stations, exercisers, Skate Park, the new acoustic shell, open-air cinema, the dancing fountain, and a park. Pets, among others, that the nayaritas can enjoy in this new recreational space.

The park had an interesting improvement since 2014, the pavement was fixed, games were painted, and outdoor exercise machines were placed, the roads were enlarged, the small zoo was dismantled and in its place they made children's games, the outdoor theater free they turned it into cinema and in addition to improving the spectacle of dancing sources. During the day it is a good place to be with family, friends or to go on a picnic with your partner, there are even ramps and equipment’s to train and play with dogs, it is a very complete park.

It´s a park where you will enjoy the time and very important you will have to interact with your company. The children area is full of memories of many children from Tepic. I recommend a visit of maybe 1 hour if you are looking for something special if you or your children find fun at the green area or the playground just enjoy much as possible with those simple things.
