Beach Wednesday, Morgan Lake
Since it's Wednesday again, I thought I would do another tag challenge for beach Wednesday.
These pictures are from a small lake in north east Wisconsin called Morgan Lake. Morgan Lake is out in the middle of the woods between Fence, WI and Long Lake, WI, in the Nicolet National Forest. The lake has a boat landing and a campground. Only electric motors are allowed in the lake to prevent pollution in the water. It can be reached by a gravel road that is maintained in the summer and used in the winter for snowmobiles.
Back when I was still driving for service calls, I used to use this gravel road as a shortcut on occasion. I stopped at the boat landing on a couple of occasions and took pictures. I think these pictures were taken in 2010. It was one of those misty days where it's almost foggy, but not quite.
So without further delay, here is the beach at Morgan Lake.
That's the pictures that I have to share with you today. If you noticed a weird round distortion in the picture, that was from a lens defect in the camera that I had back then.
I hope you enjoyed visiting Morgan Lake with me today!
As always, feel free to leave a comment or a question if you'd like.
And hey, keep on steeming on!
