Shops are the place where we can go and buy the necessary stuff which could be related to our daily life grocery items and also some gifting items which we require quite often. All the time it's not possible for us to go to the mall or any branded shop because of schedule and even for higher prices. My first preference is always to go to the nearest local shop for all my needs and if in case I am not able to get what I want then I prefer to visit the mall or any branded shop because they are quite good in managing a variety of products. Undoubtedly these branded shops are charging a higher amount for the products which I can get from local shops at a reasonable price.

One of the good things that I want to share that with local shops I do bargain and most of the time I am successful to get the price reduced a bit more which makes me happy and I feel that I got the product and the cheapest price possible. However, with branded shops, this is not possible and even if they offer a discount then also they are the price will be quite high as compared to the local shop.

I am going to talk about a shop which is a gift shop and it's in my locality so I keep on visiting the shop whenever I need to buy anything related to gifts and decoration because they have a nice collection and also the price they offer suits me. Nowadays they are close because of the lockdown Yes their products are not in the category of the essential item.

I visited the shop almost 2 months back to buy a gift for my friend's birthday and at that time I clicked a few photos which I am sharing here. It's good that I click the photo that time else I would have nothing in my phone as of now and even it's not possible for me to go outside and click the photo because of COVID-19 lock down all around.

I will visit the gift shop quite often because this is the place where I can buy the gift and decoration items and everyone one of my friend or sometimes even more than one friend has a birthday. The shopkeeper is so nice and it's one uncle and auntie operate the shop So they treat their customers nicely with a warm welcome which makes me feel good and that is why I do not go elsewhere for anything that I can get in the shop. It's not a very old song and they had started the only couple of years back but since the time I am shifted (last year) so I have been watching the shop to get open every day.

As a customer we always wanted to have the best product at a reasonable price and also we want shopkeeper to value their customers and all these I get at the shop then I do not find any other reason to go elsewhere. In fact, it's one of my favourite shop that I always visit without even giving set another thought when I think of buying anything which is available here. It's not a very big shop and they do not have any online presence like Facebook page or their website. Maybe in the future, they can do but I do not think so because uncle and aunty are above 60 Fuck them at this age it's not easy to manage all these things.

In fact, sometimes I think that why they are working at this age when they should be resting at home but I never asked this question because this is something that might hurt them and I do not want to do this. Everyone has their reasons to work for and as a customer, I should not be entering their whole life and should be happy with my phone that I go there and buy things at a reasonable price.
