Sometimes all it takes is an open communication or a constant contact to patch things up and solve small concerns that are not supposed to escalate into bigger ones. You may never know a calm and casual talk is the key to preventing small problems from blowing out of proportion. A humble heart too. The humility to acknowledge and accept that you might need help that is a good start.
