Greetings my great people. Culinary business is the most trending business in my country Nigeria, and i must say, it's very profitable if the trader follows the local market trends and the regulatory requirements when starting a culinary business. I visit this business premises almost everyday of my life and i joined this contest organized by @irawandedy to give a review of them.

The woman who sells along the street

She's a street food seller who sells yummy and mouthwatering foods like Rice, beans, yam, potatoe and plantain. Other food sellers do get a kiosk for their business, but she does it in the street visiting different construction site. The day i took her this picture with her business, i was working in a construction site near Apostolic church, Ifa Atai-Etoi. One of the biggest construction site in my city.

I really enjoyed her food because she took time to prepare it. Her stew was one of a kind, if possible you could visit her area to get a taste of her food, I would recommend you do so. Current price review👇🏾

Suya seller (Aboki)

He's a northerner who sells Suya meat in front of chizom football viewing centre and beside jerry care hotel. In my country we call them Aboki and they're used to it. Last week I watched a football match here and I tasted his suya meat. I must confess, it was so yummy and different from other suya I've been eating.

His own concoction of pepper, garbage and onions is different from others. Don't be surprise when i say that you can use his combo to eat eba. One of my friend said this to me and i doubted, i tried it out myself and it was superb guys. This suya spot is different from others and many people come here to patronise him. It was on a Monday morning, Garri in my environment was sold at a very high rate, so my mother directed me to this trader who sells at the market near gitto junction, who's garri is affordable. On reaching here, i took a picture of myself and the trader as evidence to show my mother that i bought the garri from mummy goddy.

I didn't regret walking all the way from my house to this location just to buy garri because her garri has gum and starch making you enjoy your soup, unlike other traders that sells rubber garri. In my village, we call such garri Nwayāyā. She has the best of garri in the whole market, i was in a cue waiting to buy mine, that shows that her garri is the best. Current price review👇🏾

There's a small market near Giewin hotel where women sell all kinds of foodstuffs like fish both fresh and dry, maggi and other foodstuffs. On this day, i visited the market just to buy a dry fish for my Afang soup. I went to different traders, bargained on the price but i couldn't afford it. I was about going home without a fish when i spotted this trader you're seeing in the picture above. She sold the dry fish at affordable rate, I'll rate her 10/10 if you'll ask me to.
