But this strategy is completely Wrong!!

We constantly see mantras from a big steamians : "create great quality posts and be rewarded!!"

It's true, great content is rewarded on Steemit. But it's a partial truth. The great followers base is the major player on Steemit platform.

Let's think in MLM terms. When you join to any MLM you, of course, can become rich relying only on your own sales, but smart MLM leader always starts to develop his own branch and help his followers grow. Yes, it takes a longer time than just start to sell-sell-sell, but for a long term, developing your branch always brings a bigger reward.

So, if you start or continue your Steemit journey you should concentrate on building your high-quality followers base as on a major goal, and only then you should think about your post rewards. Because if you would help your followers grow, you would be always rewarded and this spring becomes a river in one time. If you create a perfect content, even if some whale would upvote your post once or twice, you cannot think about a constant stable income.
