Great article, Alex! I would even say that there is no equilibrium, or at least not a permanent one. There are points if equilibrium but we or another system cannot stay there without moving and every move will take us off that state. And this is a good thing as long as we accept it and use it in our benefit.
Maybe the equilibrium is the movement and the evolution. Like bike riding, as long as it moves, you don't fell. When the bike stops, then the your system falls.
I think this in every system, a perpetual movement. In Physics if matter is not moving, it dies.
We need to accept this movement and adapt to it. The choices give us the rewards :)
