THE DIARY GAME : 28-05-2021 | Baked Chicken with Delicious Vegetables- What Activities Did I Do Today?
Today I will tell you in detail what I did on 28.05.2021.
I woke up at 9:00 this morning. I routinely wash my hands and face. Then I brushed my teeth and took a shower with warm water to start the day energetically. I was preparing pizza and roast for breakfast recently, today I started to prepare a very low calorie breakfast. I finished my breakfast with a few slices of tomato, lettuce and half a slice of lemon, along with some cheese and olives. I can say it is one of the healthiest breakfast plates for breakfast.
After I finished my breakfast, I switched to my computer room. First of all, I gave support to the posts in the SteemFoods Community with our official account - steemitfoods. Then I started to prepare the announcement of the 21st contest that I will organize in the SteemFoods Community. I determined the theme of the contest I organized this week as "SteemFoods Delegation Challenge". With this contest, I aim to increase the number of delegations to -steemitfoods account and to reach 150K SP at the end of the contest. I hope all our users support us by participating in the contest with the maximum SP delegation that they can do. As an extra, I announced the "Best SteemFoods Posts of the Day" on 27.05.2021 in the -steemitfoods account.

As I ate a few slices of tomato, lettuce, toast and breakfast products for breakfast, I was hungry towards the evening and prepared a delicious meal with vegetables and chicken in the oven. With this meal, I met my daily protein and carbohydrate needs. I prepare two meals a day, which is enough for me.
For the My Food Donation event that I started in the SteemFoods Community, our moderator chose three users and shared them with me. I will reach these three users and give them financial support and get them supplies. Soon I will share the report of this event with you both on the steemitfoods account and on the sf-charity account. In addition, I distributed the rewards of our users whose 30-day delegation period has expired to their wallets.

A Cool day, I would say. But the vegetables and chicken that came up in the evening, to the average Nigerian man, that plate was close to empty.
