Bro! That place is still there? I went to UCCS and live in the dorms from 1996-1998. I lived in the springs like 15 years haha. I use to hit that YMCA and the clubs down the street. Do people still cruise the ave? 😂😂😂

Broooo yes it’s still here and there is actually a 2nd location also! Me personally I like the downtown here but the amount of crazy crackheads that roam the streets is a big turnoff to me so I don’t walk around downtown too much. 😕🤷🏽♂️🤣
It must of changed haha most of my college friends still live there. A few work at Lockheed Martin and Time Warner. Heard the place to be now is north on powers. I might have to visit soon lol 😎

Bro definitely visit sometime soon! Honestly there are a bunch of cool places to live here. I live right near Palmer Park off Academy and I love being pretty central, I can pretty much go anywhere in the city. I just drove downtown to get some pizza from Bambino’s and it took about 5-10 minutes (: If money was no worry, I think I would want to live right next to Garden of the Gods though. I like the “West Side”. If you come out here, my friend @broncnutz and I will show you a good time for sure! I bet it would be cool for you to be able to reconnect with your college buds too!
Yup, I exactly know where that is lol. I had some softball league practices at that park. One of my buddies use to live at the apartments across the street :)
My brother use to own a souper salad there at the garden of the gods but I heard it closed down couple years ago lol
Springs is awesome in the summer time :)
Also what are some other cool places you liked to eat at here? Just curious, I’m trying to find more local gems.
Not sure anymore, things might of changed lol... my old stompin’ grounds were old Chicago on Austin bluffs or even Jose muldons I’m downtown. It use to be my pregame before we all hit the clubs 😂

LOL nice... I’ve been to old Chicago, it’s like a block from my place. Never been to Jose Muldoons but driven past it a million times! I’ll have to check it out!
Yeah man it really is awesome in the summertime! I think a few more weeks and it will be “officially” summertime! I keep thinking it’s summer already and then we get hit with a few days in a row of like 30 degree weather 🤣🥶
