Options I see as investments

Hello,
I see that most people who write about investments on the Steem blockchain write mostly about Steem or about Crypto. v It's nice to write about Steem, but it does not help much if you only do it only on the Steem blockchain. You should also do it on other blogs or forums, so that the people who are active there, come here.
Back to the investment theme. Most of the people in here are invested in cryptos or some alternative investment options like gold or silver.
For me, for example, gold and silver are not investments but securities for bad times. There is less than 1% of my balance in gold and silver. I think it's an interesting option, but as long as there's no way to add value to it, it's not an investment for me. Because it retains its value it's a safety or an umbrella for bad days.
Investments are, for me, investment opportunities that produce added value and / or which will have a significant increase in value during the time. Although I don not like so much this speculation investments as time can bring a lot of change. Many invest in luxury cars or whiskey. These are nice investments, but they carry very high risks. An increase in value can be seen, but in the meantime eat a lot of money, because of storage and maintenance cost which also affects the return in the end.
I like real estate as an investment because, if well chosen, they bring a constant return. The disadvantage of this investment is that the entry barrier is slightly higher than other investment options and the scalability is very dependent on the other investments you have made so far.
Stocks are a good entry where the risk is the market volatility. Here you have no influence on the running of the company if you do not buy enough percentages.
Also a very good entry is the own business. You should take your time, but not too much, and plan if you want to start. If you do it right you can scale all other investments. <br
I divide up my investments in the various investment options. My biggest part is in real estate, although not everything is going well here because of a few mistakes I made. I still have stocks I bought using the Buffett method. This is to ask yourself if this company will exist in 25 years, among other things. Another investment is Crypto, which I buy more every month. The amount has changed from the beginning where I invested more than now.

wie ich sehe, die meisten die über Investments auf der Steem blockchain schreiben, schreiben meistens über Steem oder über Crypto.
Es ist schön über Steem zu schreiben, aber es hilft nicht viel wenn man es nur auf der Steem blockchain tut. Man sollte es auch auf andere blogs oder forums machen, damit die Leute die dort aktiv sind, hier kommen.
Zurück zum Investment Thema. Hier sind die meisten in Cryptos investiert oder ein paar alternative Investment Möglichkeiten wie Gold oder Silber.
Für mich sind zum Beispiel Gold und Silber keine Investments sondern Sicherheiten für schlechte Zeiten. Es sind weniger als 1% meines Guthabens in Gold und Silber. Ich finde es interessant, aber solange es keine Möglichkeit besteht auf Dauer ein Mehrwert daraus zu erzeugen, ist es für mich kein Investment. Weil es auf dauer den Wert behält ist es für mich eine Sicherheit oder ein Regenschirm für schlechte Tage.
Investments sind für mich Anlagemöglickeiten die Mehrwert produzieren und/oder die beim Verkauf eine deutliche Wertsteigerung haben werden. Wobei diese Spekulation mag ich nicht so sehr weil die Zeit kann sehr viele Veränderung mit sich bringen. Viele investieren in Luxusautos oder Whiskey. Es sind schöne Investments, aber bringen sehr starke risiken mit sich. Eine Wertsteigerung ist zu sehen, aber in der Zwischenzeit fressen massiv Geld, wegen der Lagerung was auch die Rendite am Endebeeinflußt.
Ich mag Immobilien als Investment weil diese,wenn gut ausgewählt eine konstante Rendite mit sich bringen. Der Nachteil dieses Investments ist dass die Eintritshürde etwas höher ist als bei andere Anlagemöglickeit und die Sklaierung ist sehr abhängig von den anderen Investments die man bis jetzt gemacht hat.
Aktien sind ein gutes Eintritt, wobei hier der Risiko der Marktvolatilität kommt. Hier hat man auch kein Einfluß zum Lauf der Firma wennman nicht genug Prozente kauft.
Auch ein sehr gutes Einstieg ist die eigene FIrma. Her sollte man isch Zeit nehmen, aber nicht zu viel, und plannen. Wenn man es richtig macht kann man alle andere Investitionen skalieren.
Ich teile meine Investments auf in den verschiedenen Anlagemöglichkeiten. Mein größter Teil ist in Immobilien, wobei hier nicht alles gut läuft wegen ein paar Fehler die ich gemacht habe. Ich habe noch Aktien die ich gekauft habe nach der Buffett Methode. Diese besteht darin dass man sich selbst fragt ob dieses Unternehmen in 25 Jahre noch existieren wird unter anderem. Ein anderes Invetment ist Crypto, wo jedes Monat mehr eingekauft wird. Die Summe hat sich aber geändert vom Anfang wo ich mehr investiert habe als jetzt.
