Lifestyle challenge week #80 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #80
Hello,
the week went fast again. Was this time 4 days on the road. Because of the weather it was exciting again. I avoid driving when it is snowing, if possible. Not because I'm unsure about my driving skills, but because I want to avoid being stuck in traffic.
At work, it went on fiercely because of the restructuring that my company is doing. Some colleagues have quit because they knew on what position they were coming on and that did not suit them.
Fitness was moderately good. Despite the many trips I was 5 times this week in the studio and 2 times in the pool. I've been training my back, stomach, chest, legs and shoulder.
My diet has much improvement potential. I have to be more specific and follow the plan.
The main project continues. This week I had to pay a few bills that were due.
I do not have time for poker now. I think I have to optimize a lot in my life.
On Steem I could write something everyday. It gives me pleasure and helps me to relax.

die Woche ging wieder schnell um. War dieses mal 4 Tage unterwegs. Wegen dem Wetter war es wieder spannend. Ich vermeide, wenn es geht, beim Schneefall zu fahren. Nicht weil ich unsicher bin auf mein Fahrkunst, sondern weil ich möchte vermeiden viel im Stau zu stehen.
Auf der Arbeit ging es heftig weiter wegen der Umstrukturierung. Einige Kollegen haben gekündigt weil sie shcon wussten auf was für eine Position sie kommen wurden und das hat denen nicht gepasst.
Fitness mäßig ging es gut. Trotz der vielen Reisen war ich diese Woche 5 mal ins Studio und 2 mal ins Schwimmbad. Ich haben den Rücken, den Bauch, die Brust, die Beine und die Schulter trainiert.
Meine Ernährung hat viel Verbesserung Potential . Das muss ich mir genauer sein und den Plan verfolgen.
Mit dem Hauptprojekt geht es weiter. Diese Woche musste ich ein paar Rechnungen zahlen die fällig waren.
Fürs Poker habe ich jetzt keine Zeit. Ich denke ich muss noch viel in meinem Leben optimieren.
