Lifestyle challenge week #118 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #118
Hello,
This week comes to an end today. Was this time 5 days on the road and all for work, not for my projects. Nevertheless, I could do something here and there in the evening so that I could keep the personal projects moving on
Next week I'm traveling for 3. days, from Tuesday to Thursday, and hope that I can get more rest on the weekend. We had guests for the past 3 weeks and we could not switch off.
I was only training 2 times this week. That is unfortunately very little. I trained my back and shoulder. I still have little back pain I want to fix so. This year, I plan to gain a few more pounds of muscle mass and lose 15 pounds of fat from next year. These goals are difficult because of my lifestyle.
I could do two little things for my main project. It's going on again where I'm glad that somehow this year has worked out. It will be a tough 2020, where decisions have to be made again.
On Steem I have started a new series where I show how to do something in Germany with 0 start-up capital. I'm curious how it will look in a year.

diese Woche geht heute zu Ende. War dieses mal 5 Tage unterwegs und alle für die Arbeit, nicht für meine Projekte. Trotzdem konnte ich hier und da was am Abend machen damit ich die persönliche Projekte in Bewegung halte.
Nächste Woche bin ich 3 Tage unterwegs, von Dienstag auf Donnerstag, und hoffe das ich da mehr Ruhe bekommen kann am Wochenende. Wir hatten in den letzten 3 Wochen Gäste im Haus und konnten nicht abschalten.
Ich war diese Woche nur 2 mal trainieren. Das ist leider sehr wenig. Ich habe den Rücken und die Schulter trainiert. Ich habe noch kleine Rückenschmerzen die ich so beheben möchte. Dieses Jahr planne ich noch ein paar Kilogramm an Muskelmasse zu zunehmen und ab nächstes Jahr 15 kg an Fett abzunehmen. Diese Ziele sind schwierig wegen meinem Lebensstills.
Ich konnte zwei kleine Sachen für mein Hauptprojekt machen. Es geht wieder voran wo ich froh bin das dieses Jahr irgendwie geklappt hat. Es wird ein hartes 2020 werden wo wieder Entscheidungen getroffen werden müssen.
Auf Steem habe ich eine neue Serie gestartet wo ich zeige wie man in Deutschland mit 0 Startkapital etwas machen kann. Ich bin hier gespannt wie es in einem Jahr aussehen wird.
