Lifestyle challenge week #117 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #117
Hello,
It was an exciting week again. I felt really tired this week after traveling from last weeks. This week I was traveling for only 3 days and fortunately spent all nights in my bed.
We have a big bed with us because that was a wish from my childhood to have a big bed. Have a few more wishes I chase after, where most are also reasonable. A good bed helps a lot, because you are much more rested.
I was 3 times this week in the gym where I trained the back, the legs and the shoulder. This week I really wanted to exercise. I'm in the studio around 4: 45-5: 30 because most of the time there's nobody except a few investment bankers.
In the main project, I have to rethink my strategy totally. At the time it is not really running well. I had a great conversation last Saturday with an expert in the field where we went through a lot of construction sites that I have.
I'm still on Steem, I like Steem, that's why I'm still here. It should not be a secret that I was going to bring down the time I spend on Steem. It's not the optimal ROI for the time I use. In order to become more efficient, I will start a new series.

es war wieder eine spannende Woche. Ich habe mich diese Woche richtig müde gefühlt nach den Reisen von letzten Wochen. Diese Woche war ich nur 3 Tage unterwegs und zum Glück alle Nächte in meinem Bett verbracht.
Wir haben ein riesen Bett bei uns, weil das war ein Wunsch aus meiner Kindheit, ein riesen Bett zu haben. Habe noch ein paar Wünsche die ich hinterher jage, wo die meisten auch vernünftig sind. Ein gutes Bett hilft viel, weil man ist deutlich ausgeruhter.
Ich war diese Woche 3 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken, die Beine und die Schulter trainiert habe. Diese Woche hatte ich richtig Lust zu trainieren. Ich bin gegen 4:45-5:30 ins Studio, weil da meistens niemand ist, ausser ein paar Investment Banker.
Bei dem Hauptprojekt muss ich meine Strategie total umdenken. Zum Zeitpunkt läuft es nicht richtig brisant. Ich hatte am letzten Samstag ein tolles Gespräch gehabt mit einem Experten im Feld wo wir sehr vielen Baustellen durchgegangen sind die ich habe.
Bin noch beim Steem unterwegs, ich mag Steem, darum bin ich noch da. Dass ich die Zeit die ich für Steem verwende runterschraube sollte kein Geheimnis sein. Es ist nicht das optimale ROI für die Zeit die ich verwende. Damit ich effizienter werde, werde ich eine neue Serie starten.
