Lifestyle challenge week #101 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #101
Hello,
the first week of the second half of the year is over now. I was traveling 4 days this time and we had a meeting in the office.
The business trip to Austria was especially good because I work with like-minded people. Fast and uncomplicated processing of the work is the motto.
I will traveling for 4 days next week.
I was only 4 times to the gym where I trained the back, the legs, the chest and the shoulder.
For the main project I did unfortunately only a little bit this week. I could not reach the people and have to travel again soon to get things going.
On Steem many people try to get the motivation higher. But I have doubts about HF21 like many others and I think it will not lead to any improvement at the time.
Our witness, the @ro-witness, is running good. Is ranked 75th this week. Thank you for your votes!

die erste Woche von der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres ist jetzt vorbei. Ich war dieses mal 4 Tage unterwegs und wir hatten eine Sitzung ins Büro.
Die Geschäftsreise nach Österreich war besonders gut, weil man da mit gleichgesinnten arbeitet. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Arbeit lautet das Moto.
Nächste Woche bin ich 4 Tage unterwegs.
Ich war nur 4 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken, die Beine, die Brust und die Schulter trainiert habe.
Für den Hauptprojekt habe ich diese Woche leider nur weniges gemacht. Ich konnte die Leute nicht erreichen und muss demnächst wieder reisen um die Sache ins Schwung zu bekommen.
Auf Steem versuchen viele Leute die Motivation höher zu kriegen. Ich habe aber zweifel an HF21 wie viele andere und ich denke es wird zum Zeitpunkt zu keine Verbesserung führen.
