Today, I was supposed to have some meeting between Frankfurt and Minden, as it got canceled and still needed to travel to Minden, I took a detour to Kassel to visit the Documenta 14.
I have to thank @shortcut for the tip, as I would have not known about it.
I parked the car on the "Schöne Aussicht" street which literally means nice view. The view was gorgeous:

Heute sollte ich ein Termin zwischen Frankfurt und Minden haben, aber der wurde abgesagt. Ich hatte noch einen am Abend in Minden so musste ich sowieso hin. Ich habe dafür einen kleinen Umweg gemacht durch Kassel um die Documenta 14 zu sehen.
Muss so mich bei @shortcut für den Tipp bedanken. Ohne ihn hätte ich nichts darüber gewusst.
Habe mein Auto auf die "Schöne Aussicht" Str. geparkt. Es war eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Park:

I moved to the Fridericianum, one of the oldest museums in Europe. Just read about it, as the building has a very rich history, with up and downs, some of the biggest names in modern history are tight to it.
Usually the letters on the building form the words Museum Fridericianum. Now they are changed.

Danach habe ich mir das Fridericianum angekuckt, welches einst der ältesten Museen Europas ist. Ich würde euch empfehlen ein bisschen darüber zu lesen, weil es eine sehr interessante Geschichte hat, mit Höhen und Tiefen und ein paar sehr große Name der Moderne mit dem Gebäude verbunden sind. Normal sollte auf dem Gebäude Museum Fridericianum stehen. Heute war es anders.

But this was not the highlight of my short trip. The highlight was the The Parthenon of Books by Marta Minujín. Why it is so special? All the books inside are books that are or have been forbidden in different countries of the world. Also it is build on the spot where the Nazis burnt thousands of books. I wished something similar like this confirmation would happen to places like China or Russia where such cultural crimes have been done.
The whole concept is a temple dedicated to knowledge. Knowledge shall never be burnt or be forbidden. All extremist like the nazis and communist, tried to destroy knowledge and books.

Das war nicht das Höhepunkt meiner kurzen Reise. Das war aber das The Parthenon of Books von Marta Minujín. Warum es so speziell ist? Alle Bücher die man sehen kann sind Bücher die irgendwann und irgendwo verboten worden sind. Das ganze Gerüst ist aufgebaut auf den Platz wo die Nazis tausende von Bücher gebrannt haben. Ich wünschte solche Events würden auch passieren in anderen Länder wie China oder Russland wo solche Kulturelle Morde man verbracht hat.
Das ganze Konzept ist ein Temple des Wissens gewidmet. Wissen sollte man nie verbrennen oder verbieten. All die Extremisten Regierungen wie die Nazis und die Kommunisten, haben versucht Wissen und Bücher zu zerstören.
