Week TWO y Six Week Health Challenge:walk to the mountain

thank you friends @sweetsssj and @healthsquared for giving us this opportunity to grow every day more in STEEMIT with these fabulous challenges, I am a graduate in education and like you, we promote a healthier life by exercising our bodies.

On this occasion I made a little bed together with my family to my father's farm located in Merida La Azulita, it took us three hours to go up and down the mountain. I tell you my adventure: at 5 am I helped my father to milk the cows and at 10 am we started to climb the mountain, we picked berries and can appreciate many squirrels climbing the trees, I just needed to relax just what I needed after have such an agitating job, in this beautiful place it is very cold and spectacular landscapes are seen.
