"Love Yourself"

It's easy to get down on yourself. As humans, being self critical is second nature. Like the saying goes, "You are your own worse critic." Pair that with the unrealistic expectations of society in the form of skinny models, overly photoshopped bodies and tiny clothing lines and you get a lot of frustrated and depressed women...Now on the flip side you will curiously find that most men are not as critical, and their expectations of a lovely woman are far less than woman are led to believe. Sure the models are beautiful, but are they healthy, and do they have an actual personality? Most men just want that goofy little unicorn. Chin up ladies, hold your head high and show your beauty. Don't listen to the little voice in your head this time and be proud.

That wasn't the theme or message of this photoshoot initially, but I noticed the head down and the curled posture when browsing through my photos and figured it would serve well for this message. I like to think of myself as a strong and confident woman, but I often catch myself being down and critical and have to take a deep breath and switch my thoughts.
