Building Home in a Remote Area

This Sand and Gravel will be used for building a new home. This is just a few cubic that is needed for foundation. In this place no truck can go here so it should be done manually, carried in the shoulder.

This is Pilo, who carried the four cubic of sand and gravel. With distance of approximately 300 meters from here!

I also drag the steel rod here! I am on my own cannot endure carrying this sand and gravel for whole day unlike before.

Even those steel rod is only few but it make me sweat dragging it here!

It take two days for Pilo to complete loading sand and gravel here. It was paid about 1000 php or $20 for 4 cubic sand and gravel as agreed. This is the reality of how Filipino earn money here! Not all the time also Pilo can get this kind of job because it is just part time!

I myself cannot do what he can. I cannot endure that kind of job, one thing also I am not doing thing heavy lifting in my daily life unlike before!
