Environment friendly dough scraper / 環境にやさしいかもしれないドレッジ

Hello hello Steemit bread bakers! I know it's getting hot (in the north northern hemisphere) and some of you may not feel like turning on your oven or hand knead dough for long ;) I wish @breadbakers / #breadbakers community survives the summer time. So here is my post!

Last month I wrote a post that my beloved dough scraper was broken again.

What kind of scraper do you use?

I was wondering what shall as I hesitate to buy another plastic one and dispose it again. I was baking bread without it for more than three weeks. I could handle less sticky dough such as sandwich bread's and somehow it was possible for sticky sour dough but my hand become quite dry after many times of washing.

Yesterday I found an ideal one at Manufactum Berin, a design product shop :) It's heaven for cooking & gardening fans.

I didn't bake bread today as I had a work deadline. I look forward to use this tomorrow for sandwich bread and the day after tomorrow for sour dough bread.

Do you use a dough scraper? What is your favorite? Or is there an alternative technique?

先日パンの生地を扱うドレッジが壊れてしまい、また壊れること前提で新しいのを買うのもなあ・・・と投稿しました。

パン生地を扱うドレッジのおすすめありますか？

一応なくてもなんとかなるものの、水分の多いサワードウのパンの生地などは手につくのでつく度に洗ううちに手ががさがさになってきました。。

そんな中、昨日遊びに行ったベルリンのデザインショップManufactumの台所用品のコーナーにいいのが並んでいてお土産に買ってきました。再生可能かつ可塑剤なしで作られているとのこと。でも実際の素材はなんなんだ？？このメーカーの商品はビオ屋さんにも並んでいて、以前住んでいたオーストリアのメーカーというのも気になり、近々調べてみようと思います。

昨日遊び倒した分今日は仕事をしていて、パンは焼かず。明日食パンを作るのに使うのが楽しみです。

最終的には自分で木で作りたくなったりするのかな・・・なんて書きながら思いました 😅
