It was a rainy day. Weather was cloudy and later it rained heavily here. However, I completed my target of crossing 5000 steps with the help of actifit.
I realized that fitness activities help me to be cool, refreshed and active.

Yes, it is still raining some parts of the country despite of arrival of the month of October. I think we have destructed environment to such an extent that seasons have also changed because of this.
I have observed that monsoon is arriving late and also receding after a considerable gap.
