Civilization from Syria - Hama City

in #people6 years ago (edited)

Syria is the oldest civilization and when the current Western 'civilizations' were still in caves and jungles the Syrians were building complicated irrigation systems and beautiful cities standing until today with running water in them.

Then the West decided to 'democratize' Syria, and we all know what happened after.

Syria is an arbitrary creation of French and British colonial divisions from the spoils of the Great War. Syrians didn't exist, until it was created from the corpse of the House of Osman. Turks stole the area from their Arab masters, who stole it from the Romans. The Arabs-Turk populace in Syria wasn't even a thought at the height of the Bronze Age civilization, of which I presume you write.

Syria predates all of Europe, it was called Syria since ever and that is the land aka the Levant. Syria geographically includes what's politically today known as: Syria, Lebanon, Palestine occupied by Israel, Jordan, west of Iraq from Syrian borders to Mosul included, Kilikea which is everything south of Taurus mountains in now Turkey.
