Biceps exercise MISTAKES
There are some mistakes I have observed over the years in fitness clubs and gyms, which significantly slow down the growth of this muscle lot. I will mention the most serious ones:
1. Too low training frequency. Biceps regenerate usually 2-3 days, so training them once a week is a waste of their potential.
2. Too high training frequency. Biceps trained daily or every 2 days will not be fully rejuvenated and eventually the nervous system will refuse to obey.

3. Too much traffic. The movement needed to stretch and maximize biceps is short. Many people lift a necklace to the shoulders or above, which is the biggest mistake. With such movement, the elbows always move slightly forward, and the shoulders take on the greatest burden. We lose the sense of biceps and provide him with a lack of adequate load.
4. Too short range of motion. Tens of twosometric shorts do not cause what biceps training requires, ie maximum stretching and muscle contraction.

5. Too high volume for 1 workout Since it's the smallest party, it's enough to actually complete one exercise in 5-6 series, done in the correct technique.
