Security
According to Oxford or English dictionary, "security is the condition, it is the condition of not being aninate, especially physical, psychological and emotional."
Basic Security In Steemit
The aim of this achievement task is to know and understand basic Steem security. Security on Steam is more like the basic security measures these platforms or organizations take to control authorized access to someone's account. There are five basic permission keys on Steam that are used for different security purposes. The key to this permission is; active key, master key, private issue key, private owner key, and memo key. The first most important key is the primary key.
How to you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
There are many ways to protect your keys depending on the type of process you have performed, but the most important thing to know is to make sure that your keys are secure.
After creating my account, I made sure to keep my data safe and immediately copied my master key and other keys to my Gmail account, where I have access, even if my phone is stolen and I lock my PDF reader with a strong password to avoid hackers to get it.
Do you know how you each of these steemit key functions or restrictions?
Posting key
Active key
Memo key
Owner key
Master key
POSTING KEY
The publications are written or images to be exposed, published, in social networks, internet and applications. Therefore, a post lock is a permission key that helps account owners expose posts or images for people to view.
Publishing is a relevant activity that is carried out with this password, although it has uses such as up vote (show support) and down vote (low down), choose who to follow and not, etc.
Another important feature of this lock is the fact that it allows the person to make direct contact with their wallet, thus protecting their money.
ACTIVE KEY
Active means engaging in physically energetic recreational activities.
An active lock can do everything an owner lock can do with an account, except change the owner lock. However, its main function is transaction confirmation.
MEMO KEY
Memo is a type of document used to communicate with other people in the same organization.
The memo key is the only key that is used exclusively for encryption (encryption is the process of converting information or data into a code) and decryption messages private messages sent and received through your Steemit account.
OWNER KEY
Owner permission key gives access to login to your steemit account at any time.
This key gives you access to change other keys and is one of the most relevant keys in steemit.
MASTER KEY
A master is a qualified professional of a particular art or activity.
The master key sits on top of other permission keys and is designed to perform special activities, such as changing other keys. It can also be called a steemit password because it manipulates other keys and is located at the top of the chain.
How to plan keep your master password?
save it offline, write it on paper, or save it to a flash drive, but for me I choose to keep my notepad safe laptop Or google drive
How to transfer your steem token to another steem account?
Do you know how you powerup your STEEM
Spacial thanks
