My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2019
Today I got quite a few steps while doing my work. I did many pieces where I do several of the same piece in a row, so I just have to setup my machine and load the programme once, then I put a piece and press play, the put another one and press play again when the first one is done and so on.
One of the products we are working on is operating louvers. Here are photos of a prototype with the louvers open at different angles.
And this is what it looks like from the outside.
The part that is made on my machine is called a serpentine. It’s what connects all the louvers together and allows them to operate all together. Here’s a picture of a bunch of serpentines that have been stained and are hung to dry.
