Heavy dark Clouds!

Dark clouds weighing tons accompanied my 7 km run, which I was lucky to finish without getting wet.
This time I ran a distance twice in a row, which I normally use as a walk. I will probably do this more often in the future, because this route has a few small uphills and they are for me - while running - a challenging task that I want to face in order to increase my fitness.

Dieses Mal lief ich eine Strecke zweimal hintereinander, die ich normalerweise als Spaziergang benutze. Ich werde das in Zukunft wohl öfter machen, denn dieser Weg hat ein paar kleine Anstiege und die sind für mich - beim Laufen - eine Herausforderung, denen ich mich stellen möchte um meine Fitness zu steigern.
