#getinshapechallenge Post - Day 1-
I am enthusiastic about the new cooperation of @actifit with @appics and the motivation to do even more for my health.
My goal for the next 6 weeks is to loose about 5 kg!
For a long time it has been my wish to reach a weight under 70 kg. So, this is a great chance to do so!
My current weight is about 74 kg. However, about 6 years ago I had 82 kg. Through sports and dietary changes my weight has slowly but steadily decreased.
It will not be easy for me to loose about 1 kg every week. I will do my best to achieve this goal.

Mein Ziel für die kommenden 6 Wochen ist ca. 5 kg abzuspecken!
Schon seit langem ist es mein Wunsch ein Gewicht unter 70 kg zu erreichen.
Mein derzeitiges Gewicht ist ca. 74 kg. Vor ca. 6 Jahren hatte ich allerdings 82 kg. Sport und Ernährungsumstellung hat mein Gewicht langsam aber stetig nach unten korrigiert.
Es wird für mich nicht leicht sein, jede Woche ca. 1 kg abzunehmen. Ich werde mein Bestes geben um dieses Ziel zu schaffen.
