Another Recovery Day

My Actifit Blog #542 | 29 January 2020 |


My last run was already four days ago, since then only walks. Somehow I need this relaxation and rest for my legs. I have learned to listen to my body and give it the time it needs for a complete recovery.

Tomorrow I will be very busy for a run, as Thursday is mostly my office day.

Maybe I can fit in a run very early in the morning.



Mein letzter Lauf liegt bereits vier Tage zurück, seitdem nur Spaziergänge. Irgendwie brauche ich diese Entspannung und Erholung für meine Beine. Ich habe gelernt auf meinen Körper zu hören und ihm die Zeit zu geben, die er für eine vollständige Erholung benötigt.

Morgen wird es zeitlich eng für einen Lauf, da Donnerstag überwiegend mein Bürotag ist.

Vielleicht kann ich noch einen Lauf am frühen Morgen einbauen.
