My first longer Run this Year!

Fog spreads early in the morning and again in the evening and a magical and mystical atmosphere arises on the lonely field paths. I really love those moments.
In the late afternoon I was running approx. 14 km, warmly wrapped up in fat burning mode, so in a relatively slow pace. Arriving at home, I was nevertheless tired.
After dinner I had a cup of tea (Earl Grey) with a nice dose of rum to relax! How pleasant!

Nebel breitete sich frühmorgens und auch abends wieder aus und auf den einsamen Feldwegen kam eine magische und mystische Stimmung auf. Ich liebe diese Momente.
Am späten Nachmittag lief ich gut 14 km, warm eingepackt im Fettverbrennungs-Modus, also relativ langsames Tempo. Zuhause angekommen, war ich dennoch müde.
Nach dem Abendessen gönnte ich mir zur Entspannung eine Tasse Tee (Earl Grey) mit einem kräftigen Schuss Rum! Wie wohltuend!
