Erica Tin Lady withstanding frosty Air!

Light rain accompanied the cool and frosty day. Fortunately in the late afternoon only a few drops of water fell from the sky.
Being well wrapped up I went for a walk outside, which, as so often, led me past Erica. She greeted me - as always - very warmly and asked me where I had been the last few days, because she had made herself pretty for me with her new "hat".
I smiled at her and assured that every hiker and walker would just love her and that her hat would look excellent on her - and not only at Christmas time.
Leichter Regen begleitete den kühl-frostigen Tag. Am späten Nachmittag fielen nur noch einzelne Wassertropfen vom Himmel.
Gut eingepackt ging ich für einen Spaziergang nach draußen, der mich, wie so oft, an Erica vorbeiführte. Sie begrüßte mich - wie immer - sehr herzlich und fragte mich, wo ich denn die letzten Tage geblieben sei, denn sie hätte sich für mich mit ihrem neuen "Hut" hübsch gemacht.
Ich lächelte sie an und vergewisserte ihr, dass sie jeder Wanderer und Fußgänger ganz toll finden würde und ihr der Hut ausgezeichnet stehen würde - und das nicht nur zur Weihnachtszeit.
