+13 Degrees Celsius - much too warm for December!

With clear weather I can see from my position into the prealpine mountains. At least the zoom of my camera can do that quite well.
Today it was around +13 degrees Celsius, much too warm for December, but ideal for a longer run. Arriving at home, I was quite exhausted, although I ran intentionally at a low speed. My average pulse was 130 beats per minute.
A hot bath and a cup of hot tea is always good after such an effort.
Bei klarem Wetter kann ich von meinem Standpunkt aus bis in die Voralpenberge sehen. Zumindest der Zoom meiner Kamera schafft das ganz gut.
Heute war es um die +13 Grad Celsius, eigentlich viel zu warm für Dezember, aber ideal für einen längeren Lauf. Zuhause angekommen, war ich ziemlich erschöpft, obwohl ich bewusst langsam gelaufen bin. Mein durchschnittlicher Puls betrug 130 Schläge/Minute.
Ein heißes Bad und eine Tasse heißer Tee tut immer gut nach solch einer Anstrengung.

Meine Erfahrung ist, dass die Winter hier in München und Umgebung immer milder und wärmer werden. Ich kann mich noch sehr gut an die Zeiten erinnern, da war es ganz normal, dass es im Winter bis zu -20 Grad hatte . . . ja und richtig Schnee! Autos waren am Straßenrad total eingeschneit, gibt es ja heute kaum noch . . . . zumindest hier nicht.
