Lots of Office Work but still 5K Steps

Before Christmas in a week, there is still a lot to do in my office. Customer contacts have to be cared for, last deliveries of goods have to be made, etc.
Therefore there was only little time today for outdoor activities. Hardly more than 5K steps, which I did mainly in the office and while walking to a grocery store.
I hope that tomorrow I can make over 10K again, a longer run is planned.
Vor dem Weihnachtsfest in einer Woche, gibt es bei mir im Büro noch richtig viel zu tun. Kundenkontakte werden gepflegt, letzte Warenlieferungen ausgeführt usw.
Deshalb gab es heute nur wenig Zeit für Outdoor Aktivitäten. Kaum über 5K Schritte, die ich auch hauptsächlich im Büro und bei einem kurzen Einkauf gemacht habe.
Ich hoffe, dass ich morgen wieder über 10K machen kann, geplant ist ein längerer Lauf.
