To my 500th actifit report I would like to thank all of you who accompany and support my fitness path.
For me, a lot has changed in these almost one and a half years. My activities have expanded (running) and will continue to expand (swimming) and thus be an essential foundation for sustainable fitness and health for me.
I would like to see more steemains to join @actifit.

Zu meinem 500. actifit Bericht möchte ich mich bei allen recht herzlich bedanken, die meinen Fitness Weg begleiten und unterstützen.
Für mich hat sich in in diesen fast eineinhalb Jahren sehr viel geändert. Meine Aktivitäten haben sich erweitert (Laufen) und werden sich noch weiter erweitern (Schwimmen) und damit für mich ein unverzichtbarer Grundstein sein für nachhaltige Fitness und Gesundheit.
Ich würde mir wünschen, wenn sich noch mehr steemains @actifit anschließen würden.
Ich wünsche allen einen guten Start in die kommende Woche!
