Starting off the Week with an easy Run.

I started the week with an easy 6 km run around the fields. It was cold, around 4 degrees Celsius, but everything was fine. After a few kilometers my body was warm enough to feel the cool air around the face as very pleasant.
How will I feel with temperatures below zero?
Will I run even on snow and ice?
These are questions to which I don't have an answer yet. I am very excited about this winter as to how my running experiences will develop.
Ich startete die Woche mit einem leichten 6 km Lauf um die Felder. Es war kalt, um die 4 Grad Celsius, aber alles gut auszuhalten. Nach wenigen Kilometern ist der Körper warm genug sodass man die kühle Luft um das Gesicht als sehr angenehm empfindet.
Wie es mir wohl bei Temperaturen unter Null Grad gehen wird?
Werde ich auch bei Schnee und Eis laufen?
Fragen, auf die ich noch keine Antwort habe. Ich bin auf diesen Winter sehr gespannt, wie sich meine Lauferfahrungen entwickeln werden.
