My Actifit Blog: 20 August 2019 What happened? Less than 5K steps since a long time!

The cover picture was taken about a year ago in a park near Munich.
Unfortunately I don't have a current picture, because today it rained almost the whole day.
I only went outside for shopping in a supermarket, especially since I caught a conjunctivitis. Actually, I've been feeling it since yesterday evening, but it got worse today. It is very irritating and disturbing. Therefore I wanted to avoid a longer stay outside.
So today I can only report less than 5K steps. I hope, I feel better tomorrow again.
Das Coverbild ist vor ca. einem Jahr in einem Park in der Nähe von München entstanden.
Ein aktuelles Bild habe ich leider nicht, denn heute hat es fast den ganzen Tag geregnet.
Lediglich für den Einkauf in einen Supermarkt ging ich nach draußen, zumal ich mir eine Bindehautentzündung eingefangen habe. Eigentlich spüre ich das schon seit gestern Abend, es wurde aber heute schlimmer. Es ist sehr irritierend und störend. Ich wollte deshalb einen längeren Aufenthalt im Freien vermeiden.
Damit kann ich heute nur knapp unter 5K Schritte berichten. Ich hoffe, es geht mir morgen wieder besser.
