After one week I finally started running again. I was looking forward to it the whole day!
The first kilometer was relatively exhausting, and I also ran carefully and often looked down on the ground. The calves hurt a little, but this disappeared after three kilometers. My run became easier and faster.
However, it was not a speed record. Anyway, I can dedicate myself to my goals again. The next goal is the 10K event in Munich on 13 October. I would like to accomplish it with a better time than at the Sportscheck Run at the end of June this year.
Nach einer Woche bin ich endlich wieder gelaufen. Ich freute mich schon den ganzen Tag darauf!
Der erste Kilometer war relativ anstrengend, zudem ich auch vorsichtig lief und oft auf den Boden sah. Die Waden taten ein wenig weh, was aber nach drei Kilometer verschwand. Mein Lauf wurde unbeschwerter und wurde auch schneller.
Ein Temporekord war es dennoch nicht. Egal, ich kann mich wieder meinen Zielen widmen. Das nächste Ziel ist der 10K Lauf am 13. Oktober in München. Den möchte ich gerne mit einer besseren Zeit als beim Sportscheck Run Ende Juni absolvieren.
