My Actifit Blog: 1 July 2019 Day of Rest!

The last weeks and days were relatively exhausting for me, because I concentrated on running. Regular running is new for me and it needs a completely new focus to be accustomed to.
Today was a rest day after the City Run yesterday in Munich. By the way, I learned from the media that about 20,000 people took part in this event.
That is very impressive for me to see how many run enthusiasts there are!
I shot the pictures some days ago nearby my location!
Die letzten Wochen und Tage waren für mich relativ anstrengend, da ich mich aufs Laufen konzentriert habe. Regelmäßiges Laufen ist neu für mich und es braucht einen komplett neuen Fokus, an den ich mich noch gewöhnen muss.
Heute war Ruhetag nach dem City Run gestern in München. Ich habe übrigens aus den Medien erfahren, dass ca. 20 000 Leute an diesem Event teilgenommen haben.
Das ist für mich schon sehr beeindruckend wie viel Lauf Begeisterte es gibt!
