My Actifit Blog: 15 June 2019 Delicious Nasturtium Pesto with Pasta!

Today my report focuses on nasturtium. In the last days many flowers grew and it was a pleasure to take pictures of them.
Yesterday I also took the photo below, a very tasty pesto I made with nasturtium.
Otherwise I had a relaxing day. Tomorrow I would like to walk about 10 km! I'm wondering whether I will manage it!
Heute steht die Kapuzinerkresse im Mittelpunkt meines Berichtes. In den letzten Tagen sind sehr viele Blüten gekommen und es war eine Freude sie zu fotografieren.
Gestern entstand auch das untere Foto, ein sehr schmackhaftes Pesto, das ich mit der Kapuzinerkresse gemacht habe.
Ansonsten legte ich einen Entspannungstag ein. Morgen möchte ich gerne ca. 10 km laufen! Bin gespannt, ob ich das schaffe!

Sehr schöne Aufnahmen! Bei uns sind auch die ersten Blüten aufgegangen. Ich mag diese Pflanze und ganz besonders, wie das Wasser an der Blattoberfläche abperlt.
Ich danke dir! Ich bin ganz begeistert von der Kapuzinerkresse, ich nasche zwischendurch immer mal ein Blatt! Ja, der Lotuseffekt der Blätter ist ganz erstaunlich. Hast du schon mal versucht mit deiner Makrolinse die winzigen Wachs-Noppen aufzunehmen? Ich versuche es mal morgen . . . aber ich denke, dafür braucht man ein starkes Mikroskop um die zu sehen.
Vielen Dank für den Hinweis und die Anregung. Wenn ich daran denke werde ich es in dem kommenden Tagen mal testen was ich aus diese Vorlage von dir machen kann. Wenn mich das Ergebnis zufrieden stellt, ist es ganz sicher ein Beitrag hier auf der Steem-Blockchain wert.
