Sunday, but where's the sun?

It's almost 9:00 AM as I am typing this post on my smartphone, whichi I don't like that much. I am getting cold hands as well although the forecast "assured us" we're gonna have plenty of sun and 20°C. Was it lying or am I waking up too early with high expectations...?
