 The healthiest food is ever is fruits and vegetables, and eating them make you become healthier, feel satiation, look more fit and live longer. Here is a long list of the twenty health benefits of eating salad, which will absolutely encourage you to add the salad to your daily diet. 

 1- Salads are delicious. In general, fresh fruit and vegetables are so delicious, and if we mix many types of them we can create even more delicious combinations to make an exciting meal. 2- Salads satisfy your vision. As they say, you eat food first with your eyes then with your mouth. All kind of salads contain ingredients with different shapes, sizes and colors and this give them a great look which we enjoy looking at. 

 3- We can eat a different salad every day. The components of salad are not fixed, there is no specific recipe to say what are the needed ingredients. Therefor, you can each day eat or eliminate a certain ingredient and try a different combination. You can also make changes in the dressing of the salad. 4- Eating salads is great for decreasing the calories. Salads are low in calories because all its ingredients are low in calories, unless if you add some fried ingredients on the too. 

 5- Salads are a great source of fibers. Salads contain many fibers which help your body to reduce cholesterol and constipation. When you eat High fiber salads before a meal, it will not take took long before you feel satiation so you will eat less of the higher calorie foods. 6- Salads contain different textures. It is really interesting to eat a salad of a variety of textures. You will get some crunch with some munching. 

 7- Eating salads can stop the craving Do you find craving sugar and candy irresistible? Try a fruit salad which will satisfy your craving and will taste greatly. 

 8- Salads are prepared in a short time. In general, making a salad needs only washing and cutting some vegetables or fruits. So always pack some vegetables and fruits in your refrigerator to make a salad whenever you need. 9- Salads are healthy. Salads contain 90% of the vitamins and minerals needed for our body like vitamin A, vitamin C , vitamin K, iron and many others which maintain healthy bones, muscles, hair and skin, prevent infections, heal wounds, assists blood to clot, build strong teeth …. and many others. 10- If it is hot outside, eat Salads. When it is hot, we are not in the mood for cooking or adding extra heat from the oven, so a plate 


It is not really necessary to be a chief to make a salad, because whatever you add to the salad

won’t ruin it. You Will only have a new kind of salads.

You can even let your children help you in making the salad and motivate them to eat

something they prepared by their own hands.
