The Halo-Halo
This is my entry to @juliank 's food photography challenge.
This is a native concoction from the Philippines.
This presentation on a coconut wowed me.
It's a mixture of shaved ice, various fruits like jackfruit, shaved coconut, beans and anything that is in season. It is topped with ice cream, leche flan and cornflakes. Evaporated milk is added and a little sugar.
